We can keep a temporary reservation for you for 7 days. To confirm your booking you only have to provide us with your full name(s) and a copy of your confirmed flight itinerary. Or, if you prefer, by prepayment. Payment can be done at the end of your stay, by internet banking, cash*, debit card or credit card. Payment can also be done in advance. If you want to prepay, we offer you a 10% discount on the part of your reservation you pay in advance. This 10% discount is not valid for the transfers by car, boat or airplane. To receive the 10% discount, you have to ask for this when you make the reservation and let us know which part of your booking you want to prepay. We will send you an invoice promptly and the invoice must been paid within 1 week after receiving your invoice. For any reservation made shorter than 30 days before your arrival date, we cannot offer this discount. By paying when you make your reservation you exclude also possible negative fluctuations in the exchange rates. Please note that there is no refund at all of this amount in case you cancel your trip, for whatever reason. Please note that we have to release your temporary reservations after 7 days, if we did not receive a copy of your tickets or a payment.

Magic Bay Rao, Weda Reef & Rainforest Resort, Divers Lodge Lembeh have the following reservation, payment and cancellation policy. By making a reservation you accept this policy.
- The prices on our websites can be subject to changes, without prior notice. In general, money transfers within European countries can be made without any or very little costs. If you use the BIC code when transferring your payment to our account in the Netherlands, there shouldn’t be an extra transfer fee. Transferring money from countries outside the E.U., sometimes is very expensive. In that case, we advise you to use your Credit Card to make an “offline” money transfer if you want to pay in advance. There is a surcharge of 2%. Finally, you can also pay through PayPal, but we have to charge 4,5% extra for this method of paying. Money transfers from within Indonesia and from some neighboring countries can be best made in IDR to our Indonesian IDR account.
*If you want to pay in advance, please inform us in which currency and in which way you would like to make the payment and we will send you the proper bank details. *For USD cash: preferably 100 USD notes, not older than 2009, without any marks, absolutely undamaged and unfolded, otherwise they will – for some strange reason – not be accepted by the local banks. - In case you have a medical condition that could possibly be a risk for scuba diving, you need to show us a valid medical statement upon arrival at the resort.

To dive with Magic Bay Rao, Divers Lodge Lembeh and Weda Reef & Rainforest Resort, divers have to be at least 15 years of age and certified by an internationally recognized diving organization.
We strongly recommend that all guests take out travel and dive insurance prior to travelling to Indonesia.
These rates are in IDR (Indonesian rupiah) and can be subject to change.
Rates are per person, for full board accommodation, including 3 meals, snacks, fruit, water, tea, coffee, laundry service and all taxes.

Rates for Diving
Price per dive, including the boat, guide, tank, weights: IDR 600.000. Night dive: IDR 700.000
Self guided shore dives, with supervision from the beach, IDR 150.000 per person, per dive.
Minimum two divers.
Surcharge private boat, per day, per boat: IDR 1.200.000
